1. Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to book any photography session or design project. Deposits reserve time on our calendar and are non refundable, except where MotionFit cancels.
2. Rescheduling by the client
- More than 7 days before a shoot: one free reschedule.
- Between 72 hours and 7 days: reschedule fee of $75.
- Less than 72 hours: treated as a cancellation, unless due to a documented emergency.
- Weather related reschedules for outdoor shoots are always free.
3. Cancellation by the client
- More than 7 days before the shoot or project start: deposit is retained, no further charge.
- Less than 7 days before: deposit is retained and 25% of the remaining balance is due.
- Design projects cancelled mid project: you pay for work completed to date, calculated against the project schedule, and receive the files completed so far.
4. Cancellation by MotionFit
If we must cancel due to illness, emergency or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer the first available new date. If no suitable date works for you, we will refund all payments made for the affected service.
5. Monthly plans
Monthly content plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Payments already made for the current month are not refunded, and unused shoots do not roll over beyond the following month.
6. Satisfaction and re shoots
If final images do not match the approved brief because of a technical issue on our side, we will re edit or re shoot the affected images at no charge. Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
7. How to request
Send cancellation or refund requests in writing to contact@motionfit.site. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
